- Each hash should have ‘port’, ‘uris’, and ‘name’ keys.
- Additionally, the ‘tags’ key is optional.
- ‘uris’ is an array of URIs to register for the ‘port’.
- ‘tags’ are included in metrics that gorouter emits to support filtering.
